In Bo we read about the last three of the Ten Plagues:
Locusts
Darkness
Death of the firstborns
About the Dessert
These were vanilla cupcakes, decorated with Royal Icing (recipe here). Each two cupcakes represents one of the plagues.
Locusts: Coat each cupcake in white icing. When dry, draw locusts using green icing for the body, black icing for the legs, white for the eyes.
Darkness: Coat each cupcake in black icing (or melted dark chocolate). When dry, add eyes in white icing. When the eyes are dry, add black pupils.
Death of the firstborns: (Inspired by emojis) Coat each cupcake in white icing. When dry, add X’s and mouth using black icing, and a tongue using red icing.
