About the Parsha
In Chayei Sarah we read about how Avraham (Abraham) sent his servant, Eliezer, to look for a wife for Yitzchak (Isaac).
Eliezer asks G-d to give him a sign to show him who would be the right wife for Yitzchak (Isaac). The sign was that she would offer water to Eliezer and also to his camels.
Rivka (Rebecca) was at the well, and when she offered him and his camels a drink of water, he knew that she was the one.
About the Dessert
The well is made of a chocolate bar broken (carefully) into pieces of 2 squares each. They are stacked and attached using drops of melted chocolate.
The top of the well is made of 2 and a half wafer rolls, stuck together, and to the well, using drops of melted chocolate.
The bucket is made of 2 squares of chocolate stuck to each other, with a piece of yarn in between. The yarn is then tied to the top of the horizontal wafer roll.
Eliezer and Rivka (Rebecca) are 2 Playmobil figurines, with clothes made of tissues, yarn, and clear tape.
