8 cups Rice Krispies (or similar rice cereal)
300 grams bittersweet chocolate
1/2 cup honey
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
In a double boiler, melt the chocolate until smooth. Remove from heat.
Add honey, raisins and vanilla, and mix well.
Pour the cereal into a large bowl.
Pour warm mixture over the cereal.
Mix until all the cereal is coated (using a wooden spoon or your hands).
Press the mixture into a 9X13 pan or into molds as needed.
Chill in the refrigerator for an hour before cutting and serving.
