About the Dessert
These cupcakes represent the speeches given by Moshe (Moses) to Bnei Yisrael (the Children of Israel).
Make any kind of cake baked in small individual cups.
Frost each cupcake with chocolate ganache (recipe here).
Melt white chocolate chips (or candy melts), in a microwave or a double boiler.
Pour the chocolate into a piping bag or a plastic sandwich bag, snipping off a small corner.
Pipe small speech bubble shapes on parchment paper.
When hardened, place each speech bubble on a cupcake.
