About the Parsha
In Metzora we read about the Biblical plague of Tzaraat afflicting houses. Red or green patches would appear on the house, and a Kohen (priest) would determine whether or not the house could be purified.
About the Dessert
This house was made of wafers stuck together using melted white chocolate.
The roof was made of biscuits, also adhered with melted white chocolate.
The splotches of “Tzaraat” were made with simple glaze in white, red and green. The recipe is here, and you can add drops of food coloring as needed.
