About the Parsha
In VaYishlach we read about the dramatic reunion between the brothers Yaakov (Jacob) and Esav (Esau). When the two brothers meet, Esav (Esau) runs toward Yaakov (Jacob) and hugs and kisses him, and they both cry.
About the Dessert
These are meringue “kisses” made in different colors (recipe here).
When the batter is made, separate into a number of smaller bowls, based on how many colors you want to make.
Add a drop of gel food coloring to each bowl and mix gently, but thoroughly.
Fill piping bags and pipe following the instructions in the recipe.
