Yitro – יתרו

About the Dessert

This dessert is made of two cakes, but can easily be made with just the top cake (representing the mountain).
The base cake is a coffee crumb cake (recipe here).
The mountain is made of a chocolate cake baked in a metal (oven-safe) bowl.
Make the grass by mixing a drop of green food coloring in about a cup of shredded coconut.
Cover the mountain with buttercream frosting (recipe here).
Cover the mountain with the green coconut.
Add flower-shaped sprinkles.
The Tablets are made of 2 rectangular wafers, stuck into the top of the mountain cake.
